UNIQLO CALENDAR

Brief

To create a branding platform that promotes both Japan and Uniqlo on a global scale.

Solution

We created UNIQLO CALENDAR - a daily calendar with a weather report that presents miniaturized version of Japan.

UNIQLO CALENDAR is also a music project which features modern remix of classical music,
reflecting the nostalgic and modern Japanese scenes. The calendar updates every season with new music
by different sound artists, in collaboration with internationally renowned DJ/producer, FPM.

As of January 2010, four tunes have been released.

Result

The UNIQLO CALENDAR has been viewed over 190 million times in 214 countries,
spreading 2.5 times as fast as UNIQLOCK. (in the eight months since its launch)

Also, FPM has reached #2 in iTune’s new album ranking with his new album “FPM,” which includes two tracks
(Liebesträume and Pomp and Circumstance Marches) from UNIQLO CALENDAR.
